Ms. Jocelyne Paquette-Landry, LL.B.

Jocelyne Paquette-Landry practices law and provides legal services in Hawkesbury and Casselman, Ontario.


Ms. Paquette-Landry graduated from the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1992 and works primarily in the areas of family law, protection of children's rights, real estate transactions, corporate law and wills and estates.

Ms. Paquette-Landry has especially left her mark in her art of advocacy in the areas of family law and child protection. Completely bilingual, she offers her services in both official languages of Ontario. Ms. Paquette-Landry regularly pleads before the courts of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has even pleaded before the Court of Appeal of the Province of Ontario. In addition, in 2002 she was appointed as Deputy Judge on the Superior Court of Ontario - Small Claims Court Division.


Ms. Paquette-Landry has outstanding experience and is known for her excellence in advocacy, her track record and preparation. She will be able to advise you and help you through your difficulties during a separation and child custody dispute. She also works as a lawyer for the Office of the Children's Lawyer (Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General) and for the Family Responsibility Office (FRO) for matters concerning child and spousal support. 


Ms. Paquette-Landry also worked in the field of real estate law for over 30 years. Before being called to the Law Society of Upper Canada, she was a legal assistant in real estate for such major figures as the Honorable Justice Pierre Mercier, the Honorable Judge Paul Bélanger, Mr. Robert Gour and many others. Her extensive experience in real estate and commercial and corporate transactions is second to none.

Mr. Marc Gilles Joseph Gauthier, B.A., LL.B

Mr. Marc Gauthier holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008. Before starting his career, Mr. Gauthier worked in our firm during his university studies. After completing his professional training with Me Jocelyne Paquette-Landry, Mr. Gauthier officially joined our firm as a lawyer in 2008.

Since joining the Bar, Mr. Gauthier has practiced as a lawyer in a number of areas, including family law, criminal law, inheritance law, real estate law, municipal law and corporate law.


Marc Gauthier appears regularly before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, providing legal services in both of the province’s official languages.

Emily Gallagher obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada. After completing her articles with Mrs. Jocelyne Paquette-Landry, Ms. Gallagher officially joined the firm as a lawyer. She practices and offers her services in Hawkesbury and Casselman.

Emily Gallagher regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, providing her legal services in both the province’s official languages.
